Orchestrate Your Business.
LIRAMEL brings together AI chat, specialised Skills and business apps. Controlled by you.
Use ready-made solutions or build your own. Free your team from manual steps and lengthy coordination, with centrally managed access, permissions and AI budgets.
For many workflows, building a custom app used to take too much effort. With AI, your IT team or implementation partner now builds one faster and more cheaply – and you can use ready-made LIRAMEL apps straight away.
You can start right away with the shared AI chat, governed by your rules. Add ready-made or custom apps whenever you need them.
For mid-sized companies and professional firms: LIRAMEL and its AI processing run in European data centres, your inputs are not used for training, and a contractual chain of confidentiality under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code extends to the AI provider.
Before: an Excel form with macros, quotes as attachments, follow-up questions by email – and only one person knows where things stand. Now: one shared case where everyone involved sees the same status. The app guides the applicant through the request and shows which documents are missing and who needs to act next; the AI summarises the case and prepares the information request. Executive management makes the investment decision.
Try it out: let the AI prepare the information request in the chat – in this example, the app only creates it once you confirm. Whether you click or use the chat, you are working on the same case.

Combine data from existing systems such as your CRM, ask questions about it and get the result as an Excel report.
A custom business app built with LIRAMEL Devtools: request, documents and decision in one shared case.
Your internal apps stay within your company: only your organisation can see and install them. You install each app in the version you choose and decide which teams use it.
A new packaging line is intended to reduce manual rework in production.

Custom business app · built with LIRAMEL Devtools, the platform’s developer tools
Review credit card statements and prepare entries with receipts for DATEV.
Record and approve working hours for each company.
Coordinate reviews, evidence and responsibilities.
What the example shows applies to every app on LIRAMEL – whether for customer complaints, leave requests or chasing up missing receipts at a tax advisory firm: the AI takes on work, and your company decides what the AI handles on its own and where people make the decisions.
Your IT team or implementation partner builds the app with AI assistance – faster and with less effort than before. LIRAMEL Devtools provide the tools; sign-in, permissions and AI access come with the platform. Your company reviews the app before your teams start working with it.
The AI summarises cases, checks details and prepares next steps – right inside the app, using its data. Your staff keep the full picture and make the decisions.
AI-operated means: you hand over a task in the chat, and the AI operates the app as an agent through permitted functions – even across several steps in a row. You decide how much it does on its own and where a person confirms.
Every new app raises the same questions. Who can do what? Which AI is involved? What does the AI cost? LIRAMEL answers these questions once for all apps – instead of scattered accounts, unclear data flows and AI bills from many different budgets. Your teams get the right apps, and you keep the full picture.
One sign-in for all apps. You set up new employees once instead of in every tool, and when someone leaves the company, a single block locks them out of every app at once. Each team sees only the apps it needs in its workspace.
All apps use one central, controlled AI access point instead of separate AI accounts and contracts. You choose the models, such as GPT or Claude, and decide what the AI may do in which app.
You set AI budgets for teams, individuals and apps; the strictest limit always applies. As demand grows, authorised managers can raise limits through your approval process. You see usage in one place, without accessing chats or documents.
Choose suitable apps from the catalogue, free or paid depending on the offer.
Your IT team builds custom apps and Skills with LIRAMEL Devtools to suit your workflows.
An implementation partner builds your solution. Together, we identify the right partner for your project.
The platform already provides sign-in, permissions, AI access and budgets. You do not need to rebuild these foundations for every app.
In the shared AI chat, your teams use the models your company approves. Skills provide targeted support for recurring tasks, using your instructions, templates and sources.
Reusable capabilities for specific tasks, with predefined instructions. Select the Skill directly in the chat.
EXAMPLE · CONTRACTSPrepare a draft contract using approved templates, then review it.
Dedicated applications with their own interface, data and assigned responsibilities. AI works within the workflow.
EXAMPLE · CONTRACTSManage contracts together, track deadlines and coordinate approvals.
One AI chat. Use it on its own or choose a Skill.
Draft texts, discuss ideas or get answers to questions: in the chat, you work with the AI models your company has approved.
Choose the “Ask about documents” Skill in chat. It brings your sources into the conversation and links supported statements to the original passage. Try the citations here.
A contract Skill can combine approved templates and your details into a new draft. Sources and open questions remain visible for review, right in the same chat.

Set up teams yourself and decide which apps, Skills and AI models they use – once per team, and more narrowly for individuals where needed. Individual limits and app limits sit within the monthly team budget, and the strictest limit always applies. You can see usage by team and person, relative to the budget – but not the contents of chats or documents.
Permissions apply to the whole team. For individuals, they can only be restricted further.
Current app limit: €150 per month. The lowest of the app, team and individual limits applies.
Need more capacity? Increase budgets through your defined approval process.
The approved AI budget is used up. Additional capacity can be requested if needed.
LIRAMEL combines technical safeguards with contractual obligations – for companies and professional firms that protect personal data, preserve professional confidentiality and use AI responsibly. LIRAMEL runs in European data centres; AI requests are processed in Europe too.
Separate workspaces, access for authorised users only and retention rules for each organisation protect personal data; admin rights alone grant no access to chats or documents. A data processing agreement sets out the processing and data flows for your operating model, and you define your own retention and deletion rules.
Read the General Data Protection RegulationConfidentiality is essential for firms of tax advisers, lawyers and auditors. LIRAMEL is part of a contractually secured chain of confidentiality that also binds the service providers and AI providers involved to secrecy. Your clients’ confidential information therefore stays protected at the AI provider too.
Read Section 203 of the German Criminal CodeLIRAMEL supports responsible AI use: logs make usage traceable, permissions define responsibilities, and confirmations add human checkpoints wherever you choose. The applicable EU AI Act requirements depend on the intended purpose, the risk and your role as a provider or deployer.
Read about the EU AI ActThe platform handles sign-in, permissions, AI access, budgets and logging for every connected app. Your company also reviews everything an app processes beyond that – its data permissions, the legal bases for processing and the requirements of the specific AI use case – together with your IT team or implementation partner. The confidentiality agreements apply to the services and work they cover.
No. The catalogue offers ready-made LIRAMEL apps, free or paid, that you can use straight away. Add your own apps and Skills when a workflow calls for it.
Yes. The AI chat for the whole team is a good first step and the secure alternative to using ChatGPT and the like on personal accounts – just as easy, but on your terms: it runs in European data centres, does not use your inputs for training, is ready for GDPR-compliant use and comes with a contractual chain of confidentiality under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code. Add Skills such as “Ask about documents” and your own apps when you’re ready.
Your IT team or implementation partner – you do not need a development department of your own. If you do not have an implementation partner yet, we will work out in an initial conversation who will build your app. Apps and Skills are built with AI assistance and LIRAMEL Devtools, the platform’s developer tools; LIRAMEL provides sign-in, permissions, AI access and budgets. Before an app goes into use, your company reviews it and makes it available to the teams that need it.
As much as you allow. Every app on LIRAMEL is AI-operated: you hand over tasks in the chat, and the AI completes them as an agent across several steps – using only the app functions your company has permitted. You decide for each workflow where a person reviews, confirms or decides.
Each team receives a monthly AI budget, with individual and app limits within it; the strictest limit always applies. When a limit is reached, the affected AI requests pause. Budgets can be adjusted in a few clicks when needed: the responsible manager approves additional budget through your defined approval process, and authorised administrators raise the applicable limit. The affected requests can then resume, provided no other limit applies. You can see usage by app, team and person, without accessing chats or documents.
The models your company approves, such as GPT or Claude. For each team, you decide which AI models, apps and Skills are used, and more narrowly for individuals where needed. All apps use them through one central, controlled AI access point instead of separate AI accounts and contracts, and AI requests are processed in Europe as well.
LIRAMEL runs in European data centres, and AI requests are processed in Europe as well. Your inputs are not used to train the AI models. We work out which operating model suits your company in a conversation with you.
LIRAMEL is part of a contractually secured chain of confidentiality that also binds the service providers and AI providers involved to secrecy, under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code. The confidential client information of tax advisers, lawyers and auditors therefore stays protected at the AI provider too. LIRAMEL and its AI processing run in European data centres, and your inputs are not used for training. The confidentiality agreements apply to the services and work they cover.
LIRAMEL comes with the technical safeguards: separate workspaces, targeted access permissions, logs and retention rules. For each use case, the appropriate agreements are added, such as a data processing agreement, along with the approval of the responsible bodies within your company, for example the works council. Your company also reviews custom apps for data access and purpose. More on security and compliance

See how apps, AI and the platform work together and where you connect your own applications. The following sections give you a technical overview. We can explore architecture, security and operations in more detail together in a call.
The LIRAMEL Core provides the shared services: sign-in, permissions, AI access, budgets and logging. The LIRAMEL Bridge connects every app to them – your next app builds on the same foundation. Your IT team or implementation partner focuses on the business process.
A person opens an app in their team’s workspace.
Access to Core services.
The app receives the verified details of the signed-in person and their team.
For every connected app.
The Core checks app access and the assigned app role, such as requester, reviewer or approver.
Accounts and app access are set up once and managed centrally.
Business logic stays in the app. Business-specific permissions, such as access to individual client records, and the protection of the app’s own data and interfaces remain the app’s responsibility. The Core handles the shared platform services: sign-in, roles, AI access, budgets and logging.
Apps and Skills for LIRAMEL are built by your developers or implementation partner – tailored to your workflows and with AI assistance. Sign-in, permissions, AI access and budgets come from the platform through the Bridge.
The Devtools give your developers the tools to build custom apps, as well as Skills that extend the AI chat. AI assists with development; your developers design the interface and business logic.
Through the Bridge, the app uses the platform’s sign-in, roles, AI access and budgets. Before deployment, your IT team reviews the business logic, data access, confirmation points and purpose.
Your organisation installs apps and Skills from the catalogue and makes them available to selected teams. Your internal solutions are visible only to your organisation; you decide when a new version goes live.
