Below, we explain which personal data is processed when you visit this landing page, the purposes of that processing and your rights. Metamize GmbH is the controller responsible for this website.

You can use the landing page without a user account. The product examples shown run locally in your browser. The actual LIRAMEL application is a separate service available at liramel.app.

Definitions

The privacy policy of Metamize GmbH is based on the terminology used by the European legislator when adopting the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our privacy policy is intended to be easy to read and understand for the public as well as our customers and business partners. To ensure this, we would first like to explain the terminology used.

In this privacy policy, we use the following terms, among others:

a) Personal data

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter ‘data subject’). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

b) Data subject

A data subject is any identified or identifiable natural person whose personal data is processed by the controller.

c) Processing

Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Contact form and email

When you contact us using the contact form or by email, we process your email address and any optional details you provide about your name, company and message in order to respond to your enquiry. Only the email address is a required field in the form. For enquiries relating to a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries, it is based on our legitimate interest in handling your message under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) to deliver contact form enquiries by email. Your details and the email data necessary for delivery are processed for this purpose. The website does not store the enquiry in its own database. The details are deleted once your enquiry has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate grounds for continued storage apply.

Email delivery through Resend

Resend may process data in the USA and other countries outside the EU or EEA. Information about the intended transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, is available in Resend’s Data Processing Addendum. Further information can be found in Resend’s privacy policy.

Your email address is used to respond to your enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect the contact form against automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). The security check is loaded only when you interact with the form. Cloudflare processes technical data for this purpose, in particular your IP address, browser and device information, and signals used to distinguish human from automated access. We do not transmit the contact details you enter to Turnstile.

Before sending the email, our server checks the result of the security check with Cloudflare. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protection against spam and abusive use. The check is not used for advertising or for analysing visitor behaviour for marketing purposes.

Cloudflare may also process data outside the EU or EEA. Information about data protection and transfer safeguards can be found in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies and local animation preference

The landing page does not set its own analytics or marketing cookies. No tracking pixels, advertising networks or visitor analytics services are integrated.

When you pause or reactivate the animation, we save your choice in your browser’s local storage. The only information stored is whether you have paused the animation. This preference is not transmitted to our server and is not used to recognise you for advertising or analytics purposes.

This storage preserves your chosen display preference when you visit again. Access to local storage for this feature you have requested is based on § 25(2), point 2, TDDDG. To the extent that personal data is involved, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the user-friendly and accessible presentation of the website.

The preference remains stored until you change it using the animation control or delete the website’s data in your browser. The browser may also remove stored data automatically. The website remains usable if local storage is unavailable; in that case, your choice is not retained beyond the current visit.

Locally hosted fonts and media

Fonts, logos, images and the example document are provided together with this website. No fonts are loaded from Google servers. Loading the fonts therefore does not, by itself, establish a connection to Google.

The interactive background animation is calculated in your browser. The pointer positions used for this purpose are not transmitted to us or to external analytics services.

Hosting and technical access data

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you access it, technical data is processed, in particular your IP address, the requested address, the date and time, and information about your browser and operating system to the extent that your browser transmits it. Technical log data may be generated in the process.

This processing serves to deliver the website, resolve errors and protect against abuse and attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Technical data is needed only for as long as required for these purposes and, where applicable, legal obligations.

Vercel may also process data outside the European Union or European Economic Area. Vercel describes the safeguards intended for this purpose, in particular standard contractual clauses for covered transfers, in its Data Processing Addendum. Interactive product examples

The previews for chat, the document skill, apps, teams, people and budgets use fictitious example data. Your choices and changes in these examples, including any team name you enter, are processed exclusively in your browser’s memory and reset when the page is reloaded.

The product examples do not transmit entries, documents or voice recordings to AI services. These previews do not make real AI requests, upload files or post accounting entries. Your interactions are not transmitted to the actual LIRAMEL platform.

Local processing enables the product preview you have opened. If you enter personal details in an example, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is to present the product’s features clearly. The examples do not require any real personal data.

Opening the LIRAMEL application and external links

This privacy policy applies to the liramel.ai landing page. The buttons for opening the app take you to the separate application at liramel.app. Registration and use there are governed by the privacy information provided in that application.

The third-party information pages linked here are opened only when you select the respective link. Data processing on those pages is governed by the privacy information of the respective provider.

Rights of data subjects

Subject to the GDPR, you have, in particular, the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data rectified, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) is generally responsible for private companies in Bavaria: www.lda.bayern.de.

Intended audience

This website is primarily intended for adult users, in particular businesses and professionals working in project management and digital technologies. It contains no content that would be unsuitable for children.
